Job Title : AGM/GM - Sales

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about driving sales and marketing to fuel Emines growth across regions and industries.The Role is responsible for marketing, sales, customer satisfaction and business partnerships. The function will own the revenue growth plan and build strong relationship with medium and large sized organisations across multi-industry segments to quantum leap Emines growth.

Job Responsibility & Duties

The essential duties and responsibilities are:
1. Responsible for Marketing and Sales of company’s product and services.
2. Creating leads, arranging appointments to present product and services and regular follow-up till conversion.
3. Ability to develop a pipeline of new business contacts, opportunities and conduct regular progress reviews with immediate leadership
4. Requires agility to interface and influence customer stakeholders at the CXO level
5. Guided by brand and overall sales strategies
6. Implementation of all sales and marketing activities as assigned and monitoring Sales targets – monthly / quarterly / yearly for volume growth and productivity including forecast
7. Daily reporting and feedback of customer calls, conversions, and new leads.
8. Responsible for account management of assigned client accounts.
9. Network and propose potential business deals by contacting potential customers, channel partners, buyer, recyclers as well discovering and exploring new opportunities in any of the waste segments or industrial clusters.
10. Provide necessary trainings on the product and services to sellers including management of onboarding activities
11. Work with Emines product team on building new products and manage marketing of the products to increase the revenue of the company by providing client requirements or market information
12. Engage all stakeholders and be responsive in communication and manage escalations to ensure no client impact
13. Bring good client survey and ensure retention through account management – review performance monitor on quarterly basis/ project basis
14. Conduct clients (Sellers) surveys and manage healthy relationship to obtain repeat business as part of account management.
15. The role also needs to market and sell Emines products and services to achieve more clients to meet the revenue target and look for opportunity to cover one-stop solution for all types of services.
16. Perform research and gather data on industry, market, competitors, clients to help to improve products and services.
17. Role also includes actively managing branding and marketing of company through website, social media (linked-in, Twitter etc).

Education: MBA from reputed institution.
Work Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in Sales and Business management experience.

Working Condition : This position requires case to case basis travel for overseeing projects, client meetings.
